After our Halo Halo sesh at Kabigting, it was time to relax. I consider this a one in a million and very lucky opportunity to meet the Tayags, specially the known Mr. Claude Tayag. I live my whole life with artists, my grandfather is an sculptor, my father is a musician, my brother is also a musician and now Im going to be married to a graphic artist/painter. The realm of art flows in my blood, that's why the opportunity to meet a multi-tittled person like Mr. Tayag is one story to be told. My fiance was so jealous when I told him about Bale Dutung and how its made into a mini gallery. He suddenly became one of our inspiration.
I told him about the food served here. Bale Dutung's Tamales has better taste than Apag's Tamales. The texture is different, in Bale Dutung the tamales is almost like maja blanka and it is served with cocoa with chili peanut butter. Yes! thats chili peanut butter. And Yes! It was so good for words I must say. My experience here in Bale Dutung will be treasured for sure.
Please enjoy the photos taken. It'll tell you more.. :)
